I went to a Nutritionist. She asked what I had planned for lunch that day.
I actually had some semblance of a plan (relative to most days) and excitedly told her about some grapes I had grabbed that morning and carrots in the work fridge. I know that's not really a meal, but I felt I should get some "credit" for doing something. I made sure of this when I set my goals. One day, the lunch has to be good, the other day, it just has to be something.

Believe it or not this lunchbox will help with my make/bring lunch effort.
