You had me at "my world"

I shook the hand of my future employer when my new gig was put on the table.

The night before I planned to resign current job I got a little bit anxious not having something in writing from my new employer. 

I trust and respect my future employer so I hated that I felt that way.  We had shaken on it a week earlier.  

Here's an excerpt of what went down "in writing."

Jamie:  I come from a world where it would be remiss of me not to ask for some type of written...

Employer:  I will tell you what.  As a first step into my world - no email confirmation ;)

Jamie:  You had me at "my world."
